Sailing Schedules
Cruise Control provides the option to obtain a comprehensive sailing schedules for specific trades. Sailing schedules can be searched by entering search criteria like timeframe, POL, POD. The result is a matrix view showing all carriers serving the trade and the transit time of their service. This shall provide a profound idea how potential transports could be booked via FMS. The schedule data is updated daily and is received from a specialized service proider via interface. If a users finds an interesting schedule in the next step a quotation from FMS can be demanded
Quotes
Based on a sailing schedule obtained via Cruise Control or of course without the prior step, quotations can be demanded and offered directly via Cruise Control. Standard rates are saved in the data base providing the basis for intant spot quotes. In cases where no fitting rates are found an immediate quote request is sent to an FMS operator who will compile a manual quote instantly.
